Dictionary.com has many definitions of "communication" from the most simplistic to the very complex. One that sticks out and serves as a driving force for this year as we continue to Give. Grow. Get. is "a connecting route, passage or link." Your 2011 Kansas City PRSA board is working to create and foster methods to link individuals, organizations, entities and experience together via various KC PRSA communication outlets.
Revamped Kansas City PRSA Website: The new chapter website launched last month and allows you log in and create a profile. Once you've done that, you can access individual group information, calendar dates, the monthly newsletter, student resources, a list of our sponsors and the career center.
The PRess Room Blog: You're here! There is a wealth of public relations experience in Kansas City, and we hope this blog will be a source you use to receive steady doses of quality personal and professional advice.
