Kathy Lu, features editor at the Star, will join us to discuss getting coverage in the sections she leads: FYI, Thursday Preview, Sunday’s House and Home and A&E. She’ll offer tips on how PR professionals can most effectively work with reporters on her team, including what types of stories pique their interest and how they prefer to be contacted. Kathy – who has more than 16 years of experience as a journalist – also will answer questions about the Star Magazine, which ceased publication in February, and how we can best balance the paper’s and our clients’ needs.
