The Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship is one of the most festive weeks of the year in Kansas City, and this year we also host the conference wrestling championships just days earlier! Take advantage of this unique opportunity to go behind the scenes with Rob Carolla, Director of Communications for the Big 12 Conference. We'll hear about the various perspectives and planning that go into a Championship Week that draws huge crowds of college sports fans to the Sprint Center, Power & Light District, Westport and venues across the city from throughout the Midwest. Derek Klaus (Visit KC) and Molly Fiedler (KC Sports Commission) will also join Rob to discuss the massive collaborative effort that goes into showcasing our city's passion for sports.
