The internal culture of a company is perhaps one of the most important and unique aspects of any business – it helps drive not only decisions made, but the actions of its employees. Creating a company culture is a challenge. But perhaps even more daunting, is changing established cultural elements that had been in place for the previous eight years.

AMC Theatres, the world’s second-largest theatre chain, faced this challenge this past spring, as it aimed to become the type company it needed to be, and improve the guest experience at its more than 360 movie theatres.

Andy DiOrio, Director of AMC Theatres’ Internal Communications Department, will discuss how a new culture helped boost the company’s performance, caused a change in cultural behavior, and empowered employees to adapt the culture in their own unique ways.He will not only present on how he helped lead the culture change at AMC, but also provide the audience with tangible takeaways to help lead a similar change in your organization.

DOOR PRIZE: A few lucky attendees will receive AMC Theatre passes.
